We offer both. Airport transfers and point-to-point rides are flat-rate. Special events and "as-directed" bookings are typically hourly with a 2-hour minimum. All quotes are transparent with no surge pricing.

Gratuity is not automatically included. Our chauffeurs appreciate your acknowledgment of exceptional service. The standard tip is 15–20% of the trip cost.
