Reservation & Payment
All reservations require payment at the time of booking. Payments are 100% non-refundable upon confirmation. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Remaining balances must be paid 30 days before the reservation date.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in any case of cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@allstarsworldwide.com.
Overtime & Deposits
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. All overtime will be charged to the card on file at the contracted hourly rate. Overtime is charged by the hour, not prorated per minute. A security deposit is held for overtime and damages and will be refunded within 3-4 business days post-service if no issues arise.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy
All vehicles are non-smoking. A $350 cleaning fee applies for violations. Alcohol consumption is not permitted if any passenger is under 21 years of age. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Passenger Count
No chauffeur will operate a vehicle with more passengers than the vehicle is rated to accommodate. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate passenger counts at time of booking.
Vehicle Damage
The contracting party accepts full financial liability for any physical damage, stains, or breakage. A minimum $350 cleanup fee applies for bodily fluid cleanup. Legal collection proceedings may be initiated for unpaid damage fees within 14 days of service.
Traffic & Delays
Allstars Worldwide Limousine is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather, or road conditions. Please allow extra travel time when necessary.
